Instructions for filling the online form.

1. Fill up all the fields in the form with the current information.
2. Upload latest passport size photo with white / plain background.
3. Upload documents certified by Principal / Notary Public.
4. Enter your own cell number and email ID in the form.
5. Be careful while completing the online examination form.
6. Once the form is completed and submitted, the system will not allow to edit it.
7. Fill up the previous exam session and roll number, if you have previously appeared the CA Membership Examination
8. Upload the bank transfer slip/document if you are appearing the CA Membership Examination in Dubai, UAE.
